Featured Custom Homes
Our first featured home is a custom home designed for Larry & Diane Morgan. Larry is a renowned NHRA Pro Stock driver that has enjoyed success in the drag racing world and has now built a stellar reputation for building some of the finest racing motors anywhere.
Design of this home began in April of 2007 and was completed in July of 2007. Construction began immediately and the Morgans were able to move into the home in mid 2008.
This home is located on beautiful rolling land North of Newark, Ohio. As is evident in the photos, it is an extremely beautiful and picturesque setting for such a marvelous home. The rolling nature of the hills and the pond were the primary inspiration for the home design which focuses on bringing natural light into the living spaces while providing breathtaking vistas from all primary living areas.
Diane Morgan said it best – “The home is so beautiful and comfortable that I hate to even leave.”
